About LIWONPAD
The Liberian Women in Norway For Peace And Development ( LIWONPAD) is a non/profitable organization. LIWONPAD was established April 28, 2012 at the West Agder University in Kristiansand city/ Norway. This organization was established by 18 strong Liberian women who traveled from different Municipalities in Norway and met in Kristiansand city.
The aims and objectives of this organization is to unite all Liberian women living in Norway and promote peace and love among us. It aims also at undertaking developmental projects and activities for both her members in Norway and our people and country Liberia.
The total registered members of LIWONPAD is 28 women including 15 unregistered/ associate members. We are asking all Liberian women in Norway to please join us in achieving these goals as it may be in all of us interests.I believe that every good thing that happens in Liberia or for the Liberian people, it will make every Liberian living in Norway happy regardless of our differences. We all want the best for our country Liberia but who will make it happen?? OUR SELVES!!!!
Our organization strongly depend on the moral, social and economic contribution from all patriots of Liberia, as to get sufficient fund that will enable us to Implement the proposed project in Supporting rape victims in Liberia.
